I forget what the name of the company was but i remember what they did. They had developed a software program that allowed users to access their home computer for any computer connected to the internet. The idea of remote access to your home or work computer was really exciting for me. I remember thinking that i should learn about all of these new technologies. A similar help desk software and service is available. You can can help desk support and remote infrastructure management without being at your computer. This comes in really handy for people who travel often. This can make the process of trouble shooting a lot easier and a lot faster.
